He has led multi-vendor programmes, delivered regulatory-sensitive initiatives, and built technology roadmaps that balance innovation with business reality.
At Heartland Bank, Mike led their largest technology programme, integrating 20+ systems and 10+ vendors as part of a multi year transformation. At NZAA, he rolled out Salesforce CRM across 37 retail locations while establishing new digital capabilities from the ground up. These experiences underline his ability to translate complexity into clear, actionable strategies.
Today, Mike applies that executive-level experience to support SMEs with helping them identify high-impact AI opportunities, align their technology with business goals, and execute roadmaps with confidence.
