No, flexibility is one of the key components of our offering. If you've selected a monthly recurring package, you can downgrade, upgrade or cancel with just a month's notices. We are confident in our ability to add value so we don't feel the need to hook you in.

How to the Fixed Deliverable Packages work?

Once we understand your requirements, we’ll provide you with a fixed priced offering based on successfully providing the agreed deliverable. This minimises the risk to you and you need the outcome you need at the agreed price.

Transparency, along with flexibility, comes as a core part of our proposition. We want to make the choice of selecting the right service as simple as possible for you and avoid any mismatch in expectations.

How do I know what CIO I will be allocated to my business?

You will get the opportunity to meet and engage with your CIO before any engagement is formalised.

How does the contract process work?

We will organise a preliminary discussion with you to see if the service(s) align with your needs.

For the Monthly CIO Services we have a standard Services & Terms agreement which can then be shared for your review, targeting a streamlined turn around. The Fixed Deliverable Packages will have degree of customisation to fit your needs.

On completion the engagement will commence.
